Call for abstracts

Abstract submission is through the pre-registration form
Each participant can submit up to two abstracts in the pre-registration form.
An abstract may be submitted for oral presentations, symposia, workshops or posters (and we also welcome innovative communication formats), according to the abstract submission guidelines (available in the online form)
Abstract submission period: 18 February – 15 April
Presenters will be notified of the abstract submission outcome (along with confirmation of registration) by mid-May.
Accepted abstracts will be required to confirm and commit to participation within two weeks to allow us to finalise the programme and make logistic arrangements.
In order to encourage diversity in the programme, and maximise knowledge sharing and exchange of ideas, the scientific committee will aim to maximise the number of groups’ work represented.
