Call for Abstracts
- Late-breaking abstracts can be submitted between 26 June – 3 July
- Each participant can submit up to two abstracts in the pre-registration form.
- An abstract may be submitted for oral presentations, symposia, workshops or posters (and we also welcome innovative communication formats), according to the abstract submission guidelines (available in the online form)
- Abstracts deadline is extended until April 29th.
- Presenters will be notified of the abstract submission outcome (along with confirmation of registration) by mid-May.
- Accepted abstracts will be required to confirm and commit to participation within two weeks to allow us to finalise the programme and make logistic arrangements.
- In order to encourage diversity in the programme, and maximise knowledge sharing and exchange of ideas, the scientific committee will aim to maximise the number of groups’ work represented.
