Basic information on data protection
Identification of the processing: “Information and registration submission of the Ministry of Health”
Data controller: Secretariat General. Ministry of Health. Travessera de les Corts, 131-159, 08028 Barcelona.
Purpose of the processing: to manage the institutional relationship of the Ministry of Health derived from the sending of information and publications, call for events and other activities, collaborations and presentations, subscriptions, and other types of communications derived from actions of the Ministry.
Legitimisation: consent of the interested party. The interested party can withdraw the consent at any time.
Recipients: data communications are foreseen between the ministries of the Government of Catalonia and the associated entities that report to it for the management of the different public services within their remit, and official institutions and agencies and public administrations. These data will also be sent to the processing managers who provide ICT services on behalf of the data controller.
Rights of the interested parties: to request access, rectification, cancellation of data, opposition of its treatment, right to be forgotten, right to data portability, and request for limitation by written notice to INEBRIA Secretariat hold by the Department of Health (Departament de Salut. Travessera de les Corts, 131-159, 08028 Barcelona) or by generic request available at the APN’s website. You must clearly indicate on your request the right(s) you wish to exercise.
