Preconference training registration includes:

Attendance to the training on the 20^th, certificate of attendance, welcome cocktail on 20^th, coffee break and working lunch to facilitate participation in the Alcohol Policy Network Symposium (planned for the afternoon) after confirmation in the registration form.
The training is led by Prof Dorothy Newbury-Birch. More information on the pre-conference training: https://inebria.net/barcelona2024/program/
The Pre-conference training does not include the registration to the Conference on 21-22^nd.

Conference registration includes:

Attendance to the whole conference on the 21^st and 22^nd, documentation and certificate of attendance, Welcome Cocktail on 20^th, coffee breaks and working lunches after confirmation in the registration form.
Conference Dinner is planned on 21st November at Palau Reial. The registration fee for the dinner is € 50 and if you want to attend you have to register in the registration form (also your accompanying person).
Attendees from low-income countries and students will have a reduce rate for the dinner € 40, please contact the secretariat before registering for the dinner.

Accompanying persons registration:

Accompanying persons can attend the social program which includes the Welcome Cocktail on 20^th (invitation) and the Conference Dinner on 21^st (includes a concert). The registration for the latter costs € 50 and must be added to the main attendee’s registration.

Confirmation of registration

Once we receive your proof of payment in the account ES0701821900330201770722, BIC BBVAESMM (in the name of Cevents, Camino Viejo de Albal, 127. Beniparrell. 960 914 545. NIF. B98261001) or we have received your payment through the secure payment gateway (the process will take approximately 48 working hours after receiving your request), we will proceed to confirm your registration to the Congress.
Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be sent by email to inebria.conference@cevents.es. Cancellations of registrations received by 8 October will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations received after 9 October will not be entitled to a refund.
