Intervention Research Methods

Aim: The aim of the Special Interest Group Intervention Research Methods (SIG-IRM) is to create a forum in which methods that are used in alcohol intervention research are discussed. Further, SIG-IRM aims to disseminate research findings and recommendations for alcohol intervention research methods.

Activities: Facilitating discussions on alcohol intervention research methods via meetings, workshops, and published literature. Help connect researchers who may benefit from one another’s methodological expertise.

Organisation: Quarterly meetings will be held where decisions on current activities will be taken. One member will be rapporteur to the INEBRIA CC, one member will be responsible to organise the quarterly meetings, and one member will be responsible to take notes and prepare action points.
